Our 90-day Empowering Leadership Academy transforms how leaders handle stressful transitions and team dynamics. It helps you develop awareness and understanding of, as well as empathy for, the patterns of actions, interactions, and emotions of yourself and others. These insights help you transform how your teams work together and become a beloved empowering leader.

INNOVATION leadership JOURNey

Our Innovation Leadership Journey transforms how executive teams operate…with greater cohesion, agility, and urgency. The Jumpstart phase helps them build awareness of how they respond to risk, uncertainty, and change, individually and collectively; where they’re likely to have blind spots or might get stuck; and their underlying sources of tension. 


These insights help us clarify and prioritize the problems they choose to solve within their leadership team. Through navigating resolution of their own challenges, they gain an understanding of the innovation process and how to apply their learning to solving customer and stakeholder problems.

COLLABORATIVE TEAMS PROGRAMS

Our Collaborative Teams Programs transform stressful team dynamics, helping leaders empower their teams to get things done…with speed and agility. The Discovery phase delivers actionable insights into team challenges including the sources of potential conflict, blind spots, and inertia. 


Leaders develop the ability to communicate with and support each team member based on their unique strengths and how to integrate new team members with ease. Teams build the capability to communicate and collaborate through skill-building tools and practices.
